UNEEG medical specialises in pioneering cognitive technologies for collecting, monitoring and analysing EEG data in people with epilepsy. The company’s unique subcutaneous EEG solution for remote monitoring of brain activity was CE marked in 2019.

This groundbreaking technology enables the ultra long-term recording of seizures while wearers go about their daily lives. The solution provides the epileptic community with objective, longitudinal knowledge of seizure burdens, insights not possible with current tools. The second iteration of the breakthrough – the wireless UNEEG EpiSight solution – was launched in September 2024.

UNEEG needed to introduce EpiSight in a way that went beyond a conventional product launch and instead reshaped how long-term EEG monitoring is understood. The challenge was to engage a highly specialist, evidence-driven clinical audience while also communicating meaningful patient benefits to non-experts. At the same time, UNEEG had to build on existing solutions without creating confusion, and operate within strict MedTech regulations – requiring a clear, credible and strategically unified communication approach.

CBC developed a platform designed to reframe how epilepsy monitoring is understood, positioning UNEEG at the forefront of a new approach to long-term EEG. Built around the idea “Let’s make uncontrollable epilepsy a thing of the past,” the platform combined scientific credibility with a clear, human perspective. Communications were structured to engage both healthcare professionals and people with epilepsy, ensuring consistency while addressing different needs, and establishing UNEEG as a thought leader in this emerging category.
